Triathlon Goal Achieved!

Three years ago, I attended Jayne's goal setting seminar, not really knowing what to expect. The seminar turned out to be one of the best I have attended for practical benefit. Jayne showed us how not only to set goals, but how to prioritize them. One of the goals I set while I was at the seminar was to compete in and complete an Olympic length triathlon prior to my 50th birthday. Well, I turn 50 later this month and two weeks ago I completed my first Olympic triathlon. Thanks, Jayne, for teaching me how to set and prioritize goals and make them a reality.
