Having contexts such as these, even if you don’t know you have them, are comparable to being on automatic pilot – the “program” or context is set, and the content follows automatically. Contexts that were programmed in when you weren’t aware of it, such as during times of stress or duress, can’t easily be overcome, and until cleared, they can continue their hold on you and literally RUN your life. Life can be very difficult when you have programming that contradicts precisely what you are trying to achieve.
